The entrance close is dirty and smells terrible, the lighting is bad, I understand it’s a communal area, but it gives a bad first impression.

The location is superb, 20 min walk into city centre and perfectly located to Arthur's Seat.
The apartment is just the right size for 2 people.
There was a foist smell in the laundry room, after we ran the washing machine it was better.
Probably the waste pipe with a build up of grime.
Suggest to try and flush as it was very strong when we first entered the apartment.

Nice and warm
Hall way into property was very poor
but I think this is common in these buildings Linen on bed not great quality
Press in kitchen had spills not cleaned
Bulb gone in main living area
