About this house rental
This comfortable, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, sleeping up to a maximum of 9 adults, is on one level and situated close to many amenities. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living rooms. Large pool, Tennis Court and lawned garden area.
Master Double Bedroom, plus single sofa bed. Air con, with en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air con, and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air con and en suite shower room
Bedroom 4 double bed with air con and en suite shower room.
1 cloak room. 2 shower rooms. 2 bathrooms.
Fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave.
Large lounge / diner with patio doors to terrace, pool and garden. Internet Television.
Towels and linen included. Towels changed once weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid service 3 x week (more by arrangement).
Outside

The villa is situated in a lovely quiet, private area with the beach a 5 min drive if you don’t want to walk. It’s a lovely spacious villa in a large plot (you are not over looked) with a great pool and deck area (there were two lilos already there and a massive shark inflatable!). The kitchen is well set out and very well equipped - with two fridges so you can keep drinks cold, without overstuffing the fridge. The management company are lovely and very responsive (I couldn’t find the hairdryer!!) and a huge bonus was the fact they have a maid service come in a couple of times a week who were fast and efficient and nice. For those who are worried - there is a Lidl a 5 minute drive away and Villa Moura is a 15 minute drive so if you don’t want to cook there js plenty of choice there. We had a lovely week there and would heartily recommend.

Awesome property at awesome location. This was our second year staying at the villa. It did not disappoint.

Lothlorien is in a lovely location - quiet and peaceful, yet near to the beach and in easy reach of shops and attractions. There was more than enough space for all 8 of us with different areas inside and out to provide separation; the villa was very well equipped in kitchen, dining and living rooms and the en-suites were enjoyed by all. However, the issues with the maintenance of the outdoor tiles - up to the house, on the patio and around the pool, and even in the pool, meant that we all had to be careful when barefoot and take extra care of the two young children in our party. Given that we had two young children with us, we were concerned that there was no safety provision around the pool or on the two steep flights of steps in the grounds, except for our own constant vigilance.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there - slightly more attention to detail would have made it much better!
