**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.
House rules and suitability:
- Groups of youngsters and/or made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender may be considered and only upon request. Strongly recommend contacting us before booking, as we reserve the right to decline and cancel this sort of booking without a refund.
- Events and parties are not allowed.
- Pets not allowed.
- Smoking outside only.

Det er 2. gang vi bor i huset.
Vi bad udlejer sikre, at porten til bilen var åben. Vi fik bekræftelse på at det vil ske, men porten kunne ikke åbnes da vi ankom. Det blev løst af rengøringspersonalet midt på ugen.
Det var ingen Housebook i huset.
Poolen var beskidt - der kom en poolmand et par gange i løbet af ugen og kom rensetabletter i. Så den sidste dag vi var i huset, var det blevet lidt bedre.
Det er et dejligt hus i et stille kvarter - ærgerligt at ovennævnte småting skal forstyrre det gode indtryk.

Casa bem enquadrada no jardim. Zona de piscina muito agradável. Limpeza geral muito deficiente - por baixo de camas muito sujo, com pó e cotão já antigo. Cozinha muito pouco cuidada e limpa. Frigoríficos sujos, com gelo, a funcionar muito deficientemente. Os estores de escurecer luz, ou não tinham suportes ou os suportes não tinham cordões de subida e descida. Uma das casa de banho ( no r/c) não tinha luz. As paredes têm salitre e humidade - deficiente manutenção.
