Beautiful!

The room was very spacious and clean. The walls were decorated with pictures and color coordinated with fabrics. The kitchen was modern and electric, not gas stove, and the hot water in the shower was very warm. The room had everything we needed. Air conditioner, microwave, pot, kettle, cutlery and dishes, detergent, bath mats, even an umbrella! And the day after I got the key, the madam of the owner gave dishcloth to me, saying that she had forgotten to put a it in the kitchen. I felt the kindness and hospitality of the host. The owner doesn't speak English, but she is a very beautiful and kind madam, and her spoke to me using a translation app. So no problem. The people in the room next door listen to music at evening so I can hear them, but it doesn't bother me as long as the TV is on in my room too.

Amazing stay. Such a lovely location, and lovely welcoming hosts.

Everything! So central to Reggio Emilia, a short walk from every part of the town. A perfect location with shops and cafes below, and the beautiful sound of Italian chattering in the morning. The property is in the perfect sun catching spot, and was very much a pleasure waking up in every day! Very clean, modern, furnished, and accommodating of my needs. Towels were provided, hairdryer, spare toiletries, hot water and a very well working shower, kitchen facilities and a tv. Made me feel very at home, with everything I needed and a cosy feel. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Nothing to fault at all. Everything felt comfortable, clean and working. Like living abroad again!

Really good

convenient location and easy access to first floor apartment. lots of restaurants, pizzerias and coffee bars in the vicinity and 5 min to beautiful historic town center. Definitely recommend the coffee shop right outside the apartment- excellent coffee and pastries. Apartment is decent but don’t expect luxury. Ideal for solo traveler or couple.

located in a central location. great café, pizza, and gelato just minutes away. the manager was great. quick to respond to our questions. friendly neighborhood

On a scales of 0-10 the bed was a 7. but we made it just fine.

The street below is a bit noisy. Also, the room stuggles to get warm even with heat pumps are on from a while. Maybe install double glazing.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, pulitissimo e centrale

Posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro città. Attività commerciali (bar, pizzerie, ristoranti) sotto casa o a pochi minuti a piedi, parcheggio gratuito a 10' a piedi dalla struttura. Padrona di casa gentilissima e ceck-in/ceck-out perfetto. Appartamento piccolo ma con ogni comfort, molto luminoso e pulito. Tutto eccezionale

La posizione nella ZTL ma anche accessibile comodamente dai parcheggi sui viali. L'appartamento con tutti i servizi efficienti (bagno, angolo cottura, collegamento internet velocissimo). La gentilezza dei gestori.
