A lovely relaxed visit to a beautiful city

The warm welcome and flexibility of the host who received us. The location was brilliant; right in the heart of the city centre, less than 2 minutes walk to The Spar, where you could buy everything you needed. It was quiet and most comfortable in the building.

A small but comfortable apartment in a great location. Luca was also very responsive.

The work space was a little cramped. Also, there was no blind on the bathroom window, which was a little disconcerting.

Acolhedor, bem no lindíssimo centro histórico de Reggio Emilia

A localização é fantástica, completamente no centro histórico de Reggio Emilia. A temperatura do apartamento estava super acolhedora. Tem tudo o que é essencial. Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos. Há elevador e o prédio é muito sossegado.

Houve alguma necessidade de habituação ao “white noise” do aquecimento.

Un super appartement, propre et neuf… quelques points à améliorer concernant l’intimité

Un accueil personnalisé absolument sympathique et charmant. L’appartement est neuf et propre et bien situé pour visiter la ville. La literie est confortable et rien ne manque pour accueillir des hôtes.

En revanche, peu d’intimité possible : la pièce principale (cuisine et chambre) a des fenêtres très proches de celles des voisins d’en face. Malheureusement, les volets ne ferment pas jusqu’au bout. Ce qui fait que vous ne pouvez pas éclairer la pièce lorsque les volets sont « fermés », sinon, vos voisins d’en face vous voient. De même pour les toilettes, qui n’ont pas de volets. Vous ne pouvez donc pas éclairer, car là encore des appartements sont très proches. Enfin, une petite amélioration est à apporter. Peut-être serait-il plus judicieux de remplacer le ventilateur par une climatisation, ou du moins de le déplacer. Il est actuellement au dessus du lit, et c’est peu agréable de dormir avec cet air pile sur le visage. Il faisait très lourd cette nuit là, et je n’avais pas la possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour les raisons citées précédemment. ATTENTION : la partie « points négatifs » est longue, mais cela ne représente pas tout le bien que je pense de l’appartement et de l’accueil reçu. Je suis au contraire très satisfaite, mais je préfère évoquer ces points négatifs qui peuvent aider pour apporter une amélioration à cet appartement.
