Ivana, the host, is always available and checks if you need anything! Highly recommended and we will definitely come back!

The view is absolutely incredible. To wake up every day to that scenery, never gets old. It’s pet friendly which was a big plus for us. The cabin itself is a bit small, there were 5 of us, so it was at capacity. The yard is spacious and there’s everything you need.

Just a bit small for a group of 5 people, but you’ll just sleep inside anyway, so it’s not a big problem.

Incredible private mountain top cabin - don’t hesitate to book it!

The location is incredible and one of the most special places we’ve been to. The cabin is pretty much on its own mountain top and has amazing views, nature, and peace. The cabin itself is cute and cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the wood fired hot tub is a really great bonus that’s worth the little extra cost and effort to get it going. The owner’s are very communicative, friendly, and helpful. We would have been happy to stay longer if we could!

Location, wooden furnace, big bed, pets allowed, internet, barbeque zone. Fresh air, silence, beautiful view points, road to the house, snow, cold temperautre in winter in Serbia! Hospital hosts! Thanks a lot to Ivana!

I could not warm the water in the special outside bath, because the heating equipment is too difficult to use. I spent 3 days and each day try to kindle the furnace, but failed.

Fantastic location, peace, qiuet.... Nature at it's best with all the comforts and commodities to enjoy the stay. Owners are very pleasant, helpful and eager to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely come again. Oh, and try and buy their home-made Sljivovica.

This is one of the best village homes we ever visited. The view is unmatched, the house is small and cozy and has everything you could need. Words cannot describe the beauty and how relaxed we were. Note: bring your food, the store is not far by car, but you will not want to leave the proprety.

Perfect for remote work or vacation, the rare gem

This was not my first time in this place, and I'll continue going to Vikendica Rankovici for vacation or for work. Ideal place for me, my dog, my colleague. I've been with my parents in the past. The house is perfect, everything is available, hosts are great, it is obvious they care for the house and they improve stuff. I simply love everything about this booking, it's a rare gem for sure.

This booking was the best thing that has happened to me, honestly I couldn't possibly direct our vacation any better. The mountain is pure bliss of an experience, and this house is truly a warm home. I wholeheartedly recommend Vikendica Rankovici to anyone who enjoys nature, silence and who'd like to rest their body and soul. You can go walking, hiking, exploring, there's Drvengrad nearby if you'd like something touristy.. Personally I chose this place to get away from city crowd, to get in touch with nature, and that's exactly what I got, and even more. I'll certainly come again.

It was everything we looked for and more. Very helpful hosts. Breathtaking view of Mokra Gora. Quality domestic products like homemade rakija (made of cherry), raspberry and cherry syrups.

Викендица находится в потрясающем месте. На высокой горе. Виды потрясающие. Чистый воздух и тишина. На территории бочка с соленой водой, можно за небольшую плату ее использовать. Готовить можно как в доме, так и на улице. Всего для приготовления более чем достаточно. Только запасы еды нужно привозить с собой, магазины далековато. Мы были зимой, был снег. Хозяйка просила специального человека, чтобы чистил дорогу. Отдельное спасибо Иване - она потрясающая хозяйка. Дом, хоть и небольшой, но очень уютный и теплый.

Прелепа локација, јако добро повезана са природним лепотама Таре. Дрвена кућица и смедеревац подсећају на старо, добро детињство.

Sve pohvale!

Imamo samo reči hvale! Ljubazni domaćini koji vam izadju u susret za sve što je potrebno. Vikendica preslatka, sve ušuškano, sa puno topline. Dočekao nas je sneg, koji je iznenada padao 2 dana, ali to je boravak učinilo još lepšim. U svakoj prostoriji imaju norveški radijatori i plus peć na drva pored koje radijatori nisu ni potrebni. Na raspolaganju nam je bilo sve što smo zatekli u kući od začina, čajeva, ulja, brašna i svih ostalih namirnica. Imali smo i vino dobrodošlice i flašicu rakije što je stvarno divan gest domaćina. Bili smo sa malom decom i domaćini su naložili vatru pre nego što smo došli da bi kuća bila topla. Internet radi besprekorno. Vikendica izuzetno čista. Veliki pozdrav za Ivanu i njenog supruga i svakako se vidimo ponovo!

Самое ценное в этом доме — его расположение. Уютный домик почти на вершине горы с потрясающим видом. Вокруг никого — тишина, покой и настоящая перезагрузка. Хозяева очень приветливые и радушные, всё показали, помогли, сделали пребывание максимально комфортным. В доме есть всё необходимое, а снаружи — приятная летняя кухня и зона барбекю, где особенно приятно проводить вечера. Отдельно хочется отметить, что, несмотря на горное расположение, с водой и электричеством не было никаких проблем. Ещё один неожиданный бонус — отсутствие комаров! Если немного прогуляться по окрестностям, можно найти красивые пешеходные тропы и захватывающие виды — очень рекомендую.

Единственный момент, который стоит учесть: в доме нет кондиционера. Нам он не понадобился — погода была прохладной, но при выезде было +28, и я поймал себя на мысли, что включил бы сплит, будь он под рукой.

Fenomenaal

Het uitzicht vanaf de berg (en vanuit de hottub) is fenomenaal. Het is nog mooier dan dat je op de foto's ziet. We hebben iedere avond genoten vanuit de hottub om de zon onder te zien zien en om in alle rust de dag af te sluiten. Voor de hottub zijn ook alle voorzieningen te vingen in het huisje, zoals: stookhout, slippers, badjassen en veel handdoeken. Je hebt op deze locatie alle privacy om je heen en het is daar heel stil. In de nacht heb je zelfs af en toe de uil die op bezoek komt. Verder was het huisje leuk ingericht met kleine spulletjes en kwam het daardoor over als een klein sprookjes huisje. Het voelde als een thuis i.p.v. een praktische slaapplek. Er zijn enorm veel voorzieningen in de keuken, waardoor je er eenvoudig een maaltijd kunt maken. Je hebt hierbij zelfs de keuze uit 4 kookplekken: een buiten keuken (op hout gestookt), een pizza oven (op hout gestookt), een elektrische kookplaat en een houtgestookte stoof.

Er is geen airco in het huisje, maar in de avonden koelt het daar op die hoogte voldoende af om het huisje ook van binnen weer goed af te doen laten koelen. De ramen kunnen open en er bevindt zich overal muggengaas voor de ramen om eventuele beestjes buiten te houden. Het bed lag heerlijk, maar was een beetje smal.
