A touch of the real Serbia

The host was very friendly and always on hand to help. Very relaxed. Pool was nice especially in the summer heat. All amenities were there, every need catered for Yes it is basic, but it is rustic and practical; one can see this already from the pictures. Very quiet

Difficult to find. The view is ok but is right on the dam and behind an unused hotel. Definitely need a car if coming here

Great stay

Smestaj Popovic offers a great yard with the multiple BBQ's all around. It is close to Lake Perucac, and its approachable with the car. Host Vladimir was very friendly and welcoming. All around it was a great stay for a 1 night booking!

Lovely Peručac stay

Lovely location overlooking and easy walk down to Peručac lake. Good sitting out , outdoor hot plate , hammock. Hosts Vladimir and Anna were warm and welcoming.

Didn’t have electricity ( may happen here with electric supply !) second day morning but the host did their best to restore it and then moved us to the other annex

Lovely property with astonishing view

We had a wonderful stay in Perucac and this property met all our expectations: it has a lovely view from the garden, enough of amenities and (the most important) working AC. AC is located in the kitchen and cools down temperature in a room with two beds, another room with double bed has a fan. From the grounds to the beach is 7-8 minutes by foot. The host is very friendly and welcoming, I would stay with him again.

There is nothing major to mention but it is important to know that the bathroom doesn't have much space so it is rather for slim people. Besides, the host doesn't speak English so you should be prepared with some translation apps if you don't know Serbian.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an AMAZING time here! The property is adorable and everything was as described. The hosts were exceptional. We had an issue with a different hotel and they allowed us to come a day early without problem. They were very welcoming and offered us homemade rakia and whiskey upon arrival. We had an issue with the wifi and it was fixed right away. The owner doesn't speak English, but his son did, however we were easily able to use Google translate to have wonderful conversation over a bottle of rakia. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Wifi was strong and there is great parking just outside the place.

A couple larger bath towels would be nice, but otherwise perfect!

It is a good location with regards to exploring the area. The host is very helpful and friendly. A pity that the host does not speak English or that we do not speak Serbian. The house alao has a lovely garden for spending time in and enjoying the lovely view of the lake and mountains.

Surrounding is really quiet and peaceful, the view is great, location is fantastic - you have all you need for a truly relaxing vacation. Vladimir is an amazing host, at disposal all the time, and he also helped us with all the information and acted as a real tourist guide 😊 Hope to come back soon. HVALA TI, VLADO! Bolje uzmite hotelsku sobu.

Prostrano dvorište sa pogledom na Perućac. Lep pogled ka Tari.

Smeštaj je zapravo adaptirana šupa ili garaža. Bilo je jako tesno, klaustrofobično i mračno. Sve je obloženo stiroporom, plafon je vrlo nizak, nameštaj je star i sva vrata i krila ormara škripe. Fotografije smeštaja na Bukingu ne daju pravu sliku površine tih malenih soba. Dvorište je prostrano, ima visećih stolica, ljuljaški, fotelja, no sve je više šminka nego što uliva poverenje da je bezbedno. Džamija preko puta jezera (u Bosni) se oglašava oko 04.45 zbog molitve. Cena je previsoka za ono što se nudi, a ocena na bukingu nije uopšte realna. Boravio sam u hotelima sa 5 zvezdica koji su imali nižu ocenu.
