About this house rental
My place is very neat & sunny. It's close to the airport and public transport. It's 10 minutes away from "90 street", the liveliest road in New Cairo. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the high privacy it offers. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It's in a safe neighborhood in New Cairo near the First Settlement police station (500 ft. away).
The studio is spacious (40 m2). It's on the first floor. It has a dining table. It has AC, WiFi, a TV, a microwave, an iron, a kettle, basic cooking utensils and dining set.
BIG open roof (180 m2) accessible if you want to enjoy fresh air and a breeze outdoors.
My neighborhood is really safe and quiet. All necessary services including local grocery, pharmacies, dry clean, cafe and restaurants are in close reach and offer cheap home delivery.
A bus stop is just a 10-minutes-walk away.
I will be available to help either in person or via phone at any time.

Complete support from the family and staff regarding my stay. Any problems, all minor, were attended to immediately. Indeed, I left this property regarding the family as more than helpful owners but as good friends. One possible problem for first time visitors to Egypt might be the location. New Cairo would require taking a very reasonably priced Uber taxi to the major tourist areas of old Cairo or using a reputable tour company, as I did, to see the sights. And trust me, there is so much to see and do in Egypt. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy your holiday!

I loved the family I stayed with. They were very kind and forthcoming however, the construction during one entire month of my stay coupled with very bad internet service made me wish I could have changed my stay after 50 days.
