Spacious Ground-Floor Apartment New Cairo

First thing you will immediately notice once you arrive is how spacious the reception/kitchen is - it's massive, very well equipped with utilities and a big TV, and a lot of lights. The host, Mostafa, is extremely helpful and always available. He provides advice for nearby facilities and recommendations. The apartment have all possible equipment, including a family size washing machine. The property also has a private front-terrace in the entrance of the apartment where you can sit or smoke. Location is central in New Cairo, but definitely needs a car for transport. I had access to a car so that wasn't a problem for me, and I knew this area well and all were expected. Services like Uber are available normally. The property is exactly like the pictures.
