Duplex T2 / 3 air conditioned with double sea view and feet in the water located in Lavandou, Pramousquier beach, in the residence Pierre et Vacances (2nd floor on 2): 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, sleeps 4 very comfortable + 1 sofa bed (2 places), 2 terraces sea view (double umbrella)
On the floor: room with bed in 140 on 190, room of bath, toilet, safe, terrace
On the first level: 2 to 3 bunk beds in 90 out of 190 and a sofa bed 2 places in 140.
Fully equipped kitchen (microwave and traditional oven, induction hob, Nespresso, ..)
Double TV with DVD player and mini HiFi system
Feet in the water: beach at 150 meters
No car to take to go swimming and shopping
Secure covered parking using an included terminal
Direct access to the beach
Park of several hectares with tropical garden
Paddling pool / volleyball / bowling / table tennis / solarium / beach restaurants nearby (possibility to pick up bread and croissants in the morning from the beach restaurant)
