The apartment is ideally located in the very center of Chamonix, at the foot of the Savoy and Brévent slopes, in a quiet location, in a residence set back from rue Joseph Vallot. Close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops ...) the apartment is quiet with a view of the greenery The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator. It has a double bed, an equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge and microwave. At your disposal, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom consists of a bathtub, sink and toilet. A pleasant loggia with its outdoor armchairs and table will allow you to enjoy the outdoors in the trees and the greenery. Perfect location for departures and arrivals from the Marathon and the Mont Blanc Trail. Entrance into the premises is autonomous thanks to a secure key box. The studio is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, bed and bathroom linen is provided.

Great central location. Modern and remarkably arranged to fit small cooker/kitchen unit/breakfast bar/fridge with a small freezer, and bathtub in bathroom. Small wardrobe only for clothes so pack light! Stefanie answers queries quickly and was helpful with our arrival. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay here and the property owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Great location and the balcony was great. Be prepared to park in one of the Car Parks in town though. Would definitely stay again.
