About this house rental
Our beautiful and bright house is in Sainte-Marie, a city rich in activities in an authentic and green landscape of Martinique. This is ideal if you are looking for calm, in an ultra-equipped property, with a magnificent view of the sea (in particular the Sainte-Marie tombolo), and view of the La Philippe forest (1 min by car, 5 min on foot) . Quality services, including a concierge and transfers on request. We will do everything to make your stay memorable!
Very nice house of 60m2, within the Residence Nakiya.
The kitchen is fully equipped: Fridge, freezer, Blender, Citrus press, Kettle, Oil-free fryer, Toaster, Microwave, Oven, Induction hob, Coffee machine, ground coffee and pod, latte mâchiattô.
Delonghi mill: 3 different coffees available
• Eco-responsible organic coffee beans
• Premium coffee beans
• Decaffeinated coffee beans.
It's a connected home, with Philips Hue mood light that changes the color of the bulbs to bring a warmer or more romantic atmosphere.
The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the Sainte-Marie tombolo. It is equipped with sofa, outdoor table, hanging chair, and a large Weber barbecue
In the living room you will have television, internet, Netflix included.
This house has 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed. Mango wood base and very high-end Epeda and Bultex mattresses. In the living room a sofa bed with a real comfort plus mattress will accommodate 2 people. A travel cot is also available (on request when booking.)
Window fitted with mosquito nets.
The bathroom has an Italian shower and there is a hairdryer. The hanging toilets are separate.
Concierge service: examples:
- 5kg laundry = 6 €;
- washing iron € 10.
- Breakfast: € 8 per person (local seasonal fruit juice, orange juice in substitution on request, local seasonal fruit, pastries and breads made by an artisan baker in the morning. Desired delivery time to be specified on site. )
-A bar with a variety of soft drinks (soft drinks, juices, etc.) is available. Each drink consumed will be charged € 2.

We had a very nice stay at Nakiya house. The whole house was very comfortable and clean and the view on the ocean was magnificient. Each room has its own A/C which is great.

Nous avons passé une superbe quinzaine dans cet appartement très bien équipé, doté d'une literie de grande qualité et surtout d'une terrasse qui offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. Merci encore à Charlotte et à Lionel pour leur serviabilité et leur réactivité

Ho adorato da subito questa casa soprattutto per la sua terrazza e vista anche dalla cucina. Arredamento e elettrodomestici ottimi.
È mancata una buona accoglienza. Il propietario non parla inglese e non si è mai fatto vedere. Al check in non c'era nessuno e non mi aveva riferito le procedure. In casa mi aspettavo almeno una bottiglia di acqua di accoglienza ma non c'era niente. Non ho visto né sentito nessuno nemmeno al checkout.

View was as advertised and very nice from the kitchen/living room and balcony. However, communication was terrible. We were not provided with information for directions and access to the unit and thankfully, a neighbor was able to contact the property manager to give us the code to enter. We only stumbled upon the location because of the cross street mentioned and recognized it from the picture of the outside of the unit. No other instructions were provided for our stay until the day before we left so maybe it was all just a click in the computer system? Only air conditioning in the bedrooms. Shower is tiny but it had good water pressure. Could hear neighbors argue or talking loudly at night from their apartment next door. There are no views from the bedrooms, only one window in each bedroom. The main bedroom doesn't have night stands or shelves to set things on next to the bed. It is not walkable to anything. Other places we stayed at provided a nice welcome basket with Rum and water but nothing from this place. On the positive, it was very nicely decorated and furnished. Instructions were provided for using the appliances which are very helpful since our appliance are different than what we have at home.
