About this apartment rental
Spacious apartment of 65 m2 in bottom of villa with pool and magnificent sea views, located in a quiet residential area.
It consists of a kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms with bathroom each.
Apartment description:
- Hibiscus Room with sea view: 140 bed, air conditioning, mosquito net.
- Hummingbird Room: 160-bed, air conditioning, mosquito net.
- Living room: convertible sofa 140, TV with Canal Satellite.
- Kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, large fridge with freezer compartment.
- Linens provided (sheets, towels, tea towels ...)
- Terrace: large teak table with 6 chairs, loungers.
A large covered terrace of 45 m2, opens to a deck of 100 m2, with a swimming pool, "den" and barbecue.
Access to the apartment is through a private entrance.
All around you can enjoy a garden with fruit trees and tropical flowers.
The beach access is easy (5 mins walk), like that of the city center (10 min walk).
All shops are within 5 minutes drive.
Living upstairs, we will of course at your disposal for any information and helping hand.
If you wish, we will advise you and guide you to your excursions and outings, with great pleasure.
Concerned about the environment, our water is heated by solar panels and recycling bins are available to you.

Nous avons passé 12 jours dans ce logement conforme à la description. Tout y est : bien placé (à 5 min de la plage, 10 min du marché de la trinité à pied), propre, spacieux, bien équipé, décoré avec goût…La vue est exceptionnelle, la
piscine est très bien entretenue et ce fut un plaisir de s’y détendre. Les animaux de compagnies (poules, tortue, chats) sont les petits plus qui ont bien occupés nos enfants durant le séjour. Merci à Hélène et Cyril pour leur accueil et leurs conseils. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce superbe endroit, merci pour tout. Juste un point à signaler, qui mériterait d’être précisé dans l'annonce, les 2 chambres de communiquent pas, il faut passer par l'extérieur, ce qui était gênant dans notre cas avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous avons eu aussi quelques souci avec la porte fenêtre qui ne fermait pas bien mais à part cela nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison et endroit magnifique, merci pour tout.
