For rent in Argelès-sur-Mer, holiday home in a quiet, pleasant and wooded residence, "Les Lavandines".
- House with a surface of 28 m² + 17 m² of mezzanine + 19 m² of terrace
- Kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer and a necessary for breakfast (electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster)
- Living room equipped with a table, a sofa and a TV
- Bathroom equipped with a shower and a washing machine
- Bedroom on the ground floor: 1 double bed with the possibility to put a baby bed
- Mezzanine with 2 to 3 beds (1 pull-out bed with 1 to 2 seats and 1 single bed)
- Terrace: outdoor table with 6 chairs and drying rack
- 3 bicycles (1 man bike, 1 woman bike, 1 child bike)
- Closed private parking with an assigned place
- Shops nearby (Bakery, Intermarché, Restaurants, Ready meals etc.)
- 6-minute walk to the beach
The many bike paths and wide sidewalks will allow you to move safely

Logement simple mais bien situé, à seulement 5 minutes de la plage et 15 minutes des principales boutiques de la station à pieds.
Résidence calme et photos conforment.

Très jolie propriété, calme, beaucoup de verdure et jolie maison, même si la mezzanine est un peu basse. Très bien équipée et très propre. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
