Residence of 3 floors the Miramar at the foot of a small pine forest. 3-room apartment and loggia on the 1st floor, sleeps up to 5 people, consisting of a living room, 2 separate bedrooms, closed loggia, shower room, fitted kitchen. Description: Living room (large table + 6 chairs, large buffet, television, 1 wicker chair) - Bedroom 1: a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers - Bedroom 2: 1 single bed, cupboard, library - Loggia overlooking to the east: 1 table, 4 chairs, 3 wicker armchairs, storage unit - Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave - bathroom (shower with mixer tap, WC, vanity unit, cupboard bathroom). Baby cot and cane stroller available free of charge on request. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement! Sa localisation est idéale, proche de la mer et bien desservie. L’appartement est bien équipé, propre, dans une résidence calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et se sont montrés à notre disposition.
