The cozy, well-equipped one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet location, a few steps away from the Ku'damm (height Lehniner Platz, Schaubühne), close to the trade fair, Olympic Stadium.
The apartment consists of a beautiful, sunny room with a personal atmosphere; Hall, kitchen and shower / WC with window. Two apartments next to each other and own parking for 5, - / day are also available.
Excellent central location in the City - West with easy access to all destinations in West and East.
Several bus lines 50 m, underground station. Adenauerplatz 300 m, S-Bhf. Charlottenburg 500 m. away.
Around the corner are numerous restaurants, cafes, large supermarket (until 24 clock), div. Bakers, Tchibo, post office, confectionery, pharmacy, health food store, flower shops and many other shops.
Direct bus (line 109) to the airport Tegel only 300m away (Adenauerplatz).

Christina is very helpful and kind. She even let me stay after check-out because my flight was in the evening. The house is in a residential area and close to the public transportation. It is a small house but everything you need is there. All is the same as the photos.

Compact, but offers all amenities you need for an extended stay. I particularly enjoyed the little balcony.
Two bus lines are only one block away that take you downtown or to the metro.
I will definitely rent this apartment again next time I’m in Berlin.
