Cozy attic apartment, recently renovated, with double bedroom, single bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. In the double bedroom it is possible to add a cot. The single room, due to the size and inclination of the roof, is ideal for a child or adult of average height (the photo shows the heights of some points).
The apartment is located in a quiet area, 600 meters from the historic center, with free on-street parking, a few minutes drive from the Torre Grande marina (blue flag) and 15 minutes drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia (San Giovanni di Sinis and Is Arutas). It is on the third floor (without elevator) of a small apartment building. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets, pots and pans, 4-burner stove, traditional oven and microwave oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, TV, wifi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, sheets and towels.
A few minutes walk away you will find everything you need: shopping center, supermarkets, pizzerias, bars, restaurants, banks, post office, tobacconists, delicatessens, etc.

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire dans un appartement moderne, très bien équipé et d'une propreté remarquable.
La location est très bien située, le centre-ville étant accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Aucun problème pour garer son véhicule au pied de l'immeuble, et un centre commercial se trouve à moins de 5 minutes en voiture.
Les différents occupants de la copropriété, (6 logements ) sont plus serviables les uns que les autres, mais jamais intrusifs, et l'endroit est très calme.
Une base idéale pour visiter le site de Tharros, ou profiter des belles plages du coin.

appartement parfait, rien ne manque , situation tranquille, propriétaire agréable. la région d'Oristano est à découvrir ainsi que ses magnifiques plages. je recommande vivement cette location vous ne serez pas deçus par la prestations.
