About this house rental
You will feel inspired from the moment you arrive! This professionally decorated home provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Upon entering, you will find that the vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and crisp white beams add a unique and cozy feel. Ceiling to floor windows provide a SPECTACULAR view of Sedona’s red rocks!!! The great room boasts a large dining room table which seats up to eight. There is also an area to set up your meal “buffet style” in the formal dining room. The living room has lots of available seating with a huge sectional and dual ottomans, gas fireplace and mounted 65 inch flat screen TV along with a cozy desk area, perfect for your laptop!!!
The kitchen provides everything you need for a wonderful meal along with brand new appliances, cook top, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator oven and microwave. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee with a fully equipped complimentary coffee bar and watch a beautiful SUNRISE!
The master suite is complete with a king size bed, super comfortable upgraded bedding, sitting area, private access to the backyard wraparound deck, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet. Relax in the evenings with your private 55" wall mounted flat screen television! Master bath has an all tile shower and double sinks. This home has a split floor plan, additional bedrooms are on the other side of the house. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed and 42" flat screen television, lots of closet space and private access to the backyard wraparound deck!
The third bedroom is large and offers a queen size bed and a twin size bed along with a 42" flat screen television. Both bedrooms share a fully equipped bathroom with shower tub combo and double sinks.
Step outside to the wraparound deck and experience the breathtaking views that only Sedona Arizona can offer! The views are beautiful and ever-changing throughout the day. When the sun begins to set the red rocks actually glow!!!
We offer lots of seating areas on the deck along with a large brick patio complete with chaise lounges, barbecue grill and cooler. and a rose garden. Take a walk down the steps to the large grassy area and enjoy a game of corn hole or just sit on the benches and enjoy the view while eating a piece of freshly picked fruit off the trees. This property has apple, peach, plum and fig trees and the fruit is delicious!
As the sun begins to set you will most likely see a large family of javelina stroll through the neighborhood, often stopping by our home to enjoy the apples and peaches too!
This property is a half-mile from uptown Sedona and all that it offers. With a vast variety of boutiques, restaurants, gift shops and sightseeing you will be amazed at how close you are to everything but feel 1000 miles away once you’re in the home!

Cute and very clean. The view is amazing and location is perfect. You can walk to the down town area or plenty of parking. I would recommend this rental.

Beautiful home, but somehow very creaky. The moment a breeze blew, the home made some very creepy sounds which made it hard to sleep at night. Also the owners were only communicative for the duration of our stay. Before and after was almost non existent. Still waiting on our deposit back and no response even after multiple messages sent. Location is good though.

We loved our time here. The house was warm and welcoming and perfect for our girls’ trip. We were able to walk to the main strip and eat and shop all from this quiet neighborhood. The views were amazing!
