Breakfast was fantastic. Room was comfy and clean
I wanted breakfast hours to go a little longer. I was there on a day when it shut earlier than the other days

They checked my brother in as me. Despite being handed an i.d.. I guess they looked at last name only and just clicked the first one that pulled up. So the room wasn't ready for me, they said give us 45 minutes. I came back two hours later. To them not knowing if the room was ready or not. The gentleman had gone to talk to the manger (lady) who gave my room away to wrong person. Comes back I have to wait 20 seconds for him to finish chewing some food before he tells me to wait 10 minutes so they can go finish up. So I've unpacked my luggage twice and still aren't able to get in my room I've paid for and paid a deposit on. Poor service. Lousy staff. Nice room though.
