Dirty, mouldy and smelly, stained mattress and pillows. Very unhygienic. Loud washing machine for the block is next to the room. Owner did not text any info how to enter the property. We booked a different b and b and left straight away because it was so disgusting.

All ok for money, except apartment door- protecting nothing.

Closed gate, yard not easy accessible by strangers.

The door to the apartment was literally a fake door, very thin , made from carton (ground floor apartment ). Could be just pressed out with pressing by one hand. Broken and flimsy door handle as a bonus.So we could not leave any valuables in.

They don’t have their own free parking like they say in the advertisement. There are only 4 parking spaces outside, which were busy during our entire stay. So we had to choose paid parking. Very thin walls, so you can hear your neighbour talkings :)

The double bed needed to be a proper double bed and not two single beds placed together. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Mieszkanie dla niewymagajacych w dobrej lokalizacji Sopotu. Czystość dyskusyjna.

- dobra lokalizacja: 5-10 minut rowerem nad morze, 15-20 pieszo - wszystkie udogodnienia w mieszkaniu: telewizor, aneks kuchenny z czajnikiem, mikrofalowka oraz plyta grzewcza - dwie osobne przestrzenie do spania (łozko w salonie oraz antresola) - sklep ALDI na przeciwko obiektu (kilka minut spacerem)

- bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience po spłukiwaniu wody - mieszkanie wymagajace remontu lub kilku napraw (np ledwie trzymajace sie klamki od okien) - nie mam pewnosci, czy mieszkanie bylo sprzatane po poprzednich lokatorach (podloga nieposprzatana, pościel niezbyt świeża, plamy na materacu na antresoli) - niewygodny materac w salonie (zbyt miekki, zapadajacy sie) - przydaloby sie cos do zamiatania oprocz szufelki, ponieważ nanosi sie bardzo dużo lisci i innych rzeczy z dworu, ktore milo byłoby móc posprzatac

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i jeśli w przyszłości znowu odwiedzimy Sopot to bedziemy mieszkać w Sol:)

Mega korzystna lokalizacja! Do dworca zaledwie 5 minut a do plaży 20 minut spacerkiem. Obiekt znajduje się w cichej okolicy, Pomimo bliskości stacji kolejowej absolutnie nie słychać pociagów. Na przeciwko jest sklep Aldi, gdzie można sobie zakupić świeże produkty na kolację czy śniadanko. Okolica jest bardzo bezpieczna. Studio czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy. No i łóżko baaardzo wygodne!

Naprawdę trudno wymienić rzeczy, które się nie podobały. Studio bardzo wygodne, Dobrze wyposażone, Wszystko działało perfekcyjnie (wifi, tv). Nawet gdyby chcieć się doczepić, to nie ma do czego :)

Pobyt bardzo udany.

Apartament blisko stacji PKP, w pokoju była lodówka, mikrofalówka, kuchenka oraz zlewozmywak, były tez naczynia garnki i sztućce, także wszystko na plus. Pokój bardzo czysty i przyjemny. Polecam gorąco!

Drzwi do łazienki miały wyrwaną klamkę, ale nie był to jakiś spory problem.
