Great location, walked to our event and being right on the pedestrian mall was a bonus!

Small rooms. No ventilation/exhaust in bathroom & poor mirror lighting in the bathroom.

It’s been beautifully renovated and conveniently located.

The location is very central. A refund was processed as we departed after inspection.

A stench of chlorine mixed with pot pourri wafts down the corridors. Unfortunately you can't open the room windows. The room was unclean and unvaccuumed, with stains in the sink and grime on the furniture. There were bits of poo left on the toilet brush. Coffee table had a broken leg and the wall lights are beginning to fall off. The function room is on the same floor as many rooms, so if there is an event, you may be disrupted. We were warned but left before staying. It's as though the hotel is trying to be something its not, with ambitions of an Art Deco aesthetic but without the quality fixtures that were definitive of that time, and in turn the property has lost its regional soul.
