This waterfront home is perfectly located on a Lake Winnisquam canal. Enjoy a floor plan designed for entertaining in a home that offers views of the water's edge and access to a private boat slip in your own backyard.
This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath ranch sleeps 10 and features a large master with bath on one end and three additional bedrooms on the other. Meet in the heart of the home where the kitchen and cozy living room offer plenty of space to enjoy with family. Have fun in the game room or relax in the oversized family room. Make your way to a large deck and stone patio where you can sit and enjoy the boats traveling by or soak in the hot tub and relax under a moonlit sky.
A private association beach is within walking distance. Come home and enjoy all that the Lakes region has to offer!
This sprawling ranch offers 2 living rooms, a game room, and 2 dining areas.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to entertain during your stay including a large kitchen, new stainless steel appliances and large grill.
Rental includes a private boat slip for up to one 25’ boat on property, 2 single person kayaks,1 tandem kayak, life jackets, a fire pit, 7-8 person hot tub, and games for your entertainment. The pristine association beach is just on the other side of the canal and has groomed sand and a swim up floating dock for guests to enjoy.

We had a wonderful time. We rented a boat for 3 days and having the dock was priceless. The home is comfortable with plenty of tvs and game room for more fun. The hostess was the best! The patio was so beautiful to sit outside and the hot tub under the stars was so relaxing. We also kayaked and spent some days at the beautiful sandy beach. Would love to come back.

Lovely home close to lake. Boat dock and 2.5 bathrooms. Fully stocked and very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the jacuzzi and fire pit after boating. House is well maintained and has everything you could ask for. Owner Nicole very attentive to our needs and it was a pleasure dealing with her.

The perfect family escape from Boston! We had more than enough room to hang out, grill and cook during the day without disturbing our sleeping baby, and loved the patio and hot tub for enjoying sunsets on the water and relaxing at night.Close to grocery stores, coffee, and outlet shopping, but we really enjoyed getting out and walking the Winnisquam Trail and WOW trail to soak up the scenery. Beaches and playgrounds nearby for kids, and Laconia and Meredith are only a short drive away. The hosts were incredibly communicative and hospitable, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again.
