Newly renovated basement guest suite in Winnipeg. Well lit, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower and bath, Small kitchen, access to washer and dryer. Winnipeg location provides easy access to many of Winnipeg's main attractions. 5 minute walk to public transport, . Parking on the property and on the street front of the house. I needed a room for a couple of weeks until my rv was ready. It's a very laid back place that kind of has a hostel feel to it. And the dogs are so loveable!

Good experience , host was very nice even wake up in middle of night to help us , but the passcode door lock was not working properly . Overall it was nice for one or two people to stay for vacation .

Quiet location close to necessities. Only got 1 towel to use between two guests and no access to washer/dryer. Very strong smell of cats throughout the basement. Soap and shampoos included in shower and tv was nice.
