WEEKLY BOOKINGS ONLY DURING THE SUMMER SEASON
This oceanfront home on the south end of Pawleys Island features six bedrooms and five bathrooms. This is the first house on the south end that fronts both the ocean and the creek. The downstairs features fresh paint, new living room furniture, an open kitchen and dining area, and plenty of views of the ocean. Bedding accommodations on the first floor 4 bedrooms are two kings and 2 queens. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with one having 2 queens and the other room, one daybed with trundle.

This is our 6th year at Hiller Villa and we love it!! We love that it has Pawleys charm and there is plenty of room for our family. The bathroom updates were nice this year as well. Our family has been coming to Pawleys for over 60 years. This place is in our souls!

Great location. Good separation of bedrooms, with 4 bedrooms having an en suite. Hiller Villa is a decent rental, with views. The sixth bedroom is actually a very small dormer room. The house is showing its age and could use a deep clean and repairs. The kitchen drawer interiors were dirty and we had to clean mildew on the faucets and the toilets and tubs were in need of replacement. None of the bathrooms were safe for people with mobility issues, in need of grab bars, at the very least. Total replacement would be better. The living room is very dark and the sofa is so deep that it was very difficult to get out of. It was not meant for anyone under 6 feet tall. We hope the owners will consider making updates and giving the house some TLC . Hiller Villa could be a 5 star rental.

Tidelife was so easy to deal with in terms of communication & quick response. They want the rental experience to be extremely positive & always appreciate feedback from guests. I left a list w/ management of items that needed to be addressed & feel confident that they will handle them.
