Welcome to your dream coastal retreat on the shores of Pawleys Island! This magnificent 6-bedroom oceanfront house, nestled on the idyllic South End of the island, is the perfect home for your next family beach vacation! With a private creek dock and the added convenience of an elevator, this property promises the ultimate in comfort and convenience.
This spacious oceanfront home spans multiple levels and offers a total of six well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with relaxation and comfort in mind. The king master bedroom is on the main floor with the kitchen and dining area and features an en-suite bathroom that is handicap accessible. Fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven and a spacious countertop bar with seating for 4. The formal dining room table off of the kitchen and living area seats 10 comfortably and allows for serving a big dinner with your family and friends. Flat screen TV surrounded by two comfortable couches makes relaxing easy after a day on the beach. There is an additional sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa with access to a half bath.
Upstairs the additional five bedrooms are spread throughout. King master with private bathroom, queen bedroom w/ a twin and a private bathroom, queen bedroom w/ a twin and a private bathroom, queen bedroom with a private bathroom and a sunroom with 2 twins with a twin trundle under each. There is also a sitting area with a flat screen TV and queen sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans.

We rented three properties through TideLife Realty for my daughter’s wedding weekend and each one was perfect! By Grace was home base for the bridal/groom party & their spouses. The rooms definitely maximize sleeping options and are ideal for a large group. The view and location are incredible. Parking is tight at the By Grace house, but TideLife worked with us & helped us find options.

This house was clean and had a few upgrades. It serves our needs with 15 people admirably. We love the ocean access and the dock. We've been there for 10 years and it can't be any better. It's the best.
