Royal Palm Cottage in the Heart of Olde Naples - Ideal Location - Walk to everything.
5 bedroom 4 bath Classic Coastal Beach cottage featured in the 2011 book 'Dreamhouses': Beach Homes & Cottages in Naples.
Located in the Historic District of Olde Naples just a short 2 block walk to Fifth Avenue shopping and dining. Enjoy outdoor cafes, art galleries, and theater. Short walk to Tin City Marina for waterfront dining on Naples Bay. Walk to gorgeous Gulf Beach(6 blocks). Cambier Park with children's playground and Arthur L. Allen championship public tennis center is across the street.
The large Key West style home is perfect for relaxed family gatherings with a spacious open floor plan: Living, Dining, Kitchen. The home has been beautifully renovated. Wonderful architectural details such as covered porches, vaulted ceilings, Miami-Dade hardwood floors and bead board. There are four crisp new modern baths. My wife and I hosted our adult children, their spouses, and 2 grandkids. The house had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Great location with walk to town, beach, or just hang out at the pool!

This was an amazing place and location was perfect. Tons of space, many bedrooms and great layout. Walking distance to a spectacular beach and to 5th Avenue.Jim was easy to work with and made sure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend staying here.
