Spring Lake Beach House is situated on the only lake in downtown Old Naples and just 5 blocks from the beach. Capturing the stunning views of Spring Lake, the home is professionally decorated with an eye toward a casual, lakeside elegance. It features 5 bedrooms plus a den, 5 full baths and 2 half baths. It will comfortably handle 10 adults and features an open, modern design with a gourmet kitchen, wide-plank wood floors, outdoor kitchen and an infinity pool (heated) with spa.
Take your morning coffee or tea on the outside lanai complete with motorized screens and enjoy the breathtaking lake view every day.
Relax by the fire pit in the evening or soak in the spa.
Guests are a five minute walk to the luxury shopping and dining of 5th Avenue, and a two hundred yard stroll to Cambier Park where they can play tennis, basketball or bocci ball. Younger guests will enjoy the fully-equipped playground at the park too.
Naples features immediate access to the Gulf of Mexico and there are a myriad of boat rentals, dinner cruises and deep sea fishing opportunities. Trust us, you will want to stay longer.
The alarm system has two security cameras (one at the front door and one in the pool area). Although they are operational, no recording or viewing is taking place.

Fantastic home in a perfect location! The house is beautiful and the pool and lake view adds to the ambiance. It’s an easy walk to everything the City of Naples has to offer. It’s a great place for a large family to spend time together! We are already looking forward to our next stay there.

This was the fifth or sixth time we have stayed at this house and every year we have the best time. The house has everything that you need: pool, hot tub, comfortable outdoor seating, beach chairs, bikes, walk to beach, restaurant, shops etc. I hope we can rent it again next year!!

No words to express how marvelous this place is, the house is sparkling clean and so roomy. The view from the pool is amazing. If you like this house in the pictures you will love it in person!!! Chris Doyle is an exquisite person, very kind and prompt to offer his help in anything could arise during our stay. My only regret, our holiday was too short, I am looking forward to be back to Brown Cottage!!!
