Alpine is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse that sits in a quiet neighborhood. We are just yards from the back 40 bike tails or you can be in Bentonville within minutes to enjoy Crystal Bridges or Bentonville's numerous bike trails. We offer a split bedroom floor plan with ensuite bathrooms. The living room has a pullout queen sofa bed that has a memory foam mattress. The property has a private deck that overlooks the golf course.

This was our first Vrbo experience & could not have been better. We were looking to explore Bella Vista & the location was perfect & quiet. It was situated off road on a golf course. Hiking & all areas of interest were nearby. The newly renovated townhouse was nicely stocked with amenities. Just inside door there was place for gear & shoes, then to right kitchen with new appliances with about everything you would need. Just beyond that was dining & living area with sliding doors to patio & view of golf course. Two bedrooms to left & 2 bathrooms with one joining the larger bedroom. Baths updated and nice closet dpace with shelves in master. Thank you for a beautiful time.

No surprises! It’s as beautiful and serene as it looks. Everything about it was set up comfortably: the bed, the blankets, the towels, the couch. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked every meal there. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful too. It was the perfect long weekend getaway!

Wonderful property. Very well maintained and immaculately clean. Wonderful location, especially if you're there for the biking. The Back 40 Trails are right out the back door. If you're not into mountain biking, surfact trails are also right out the door and it's an easy bike ride into Bentonville. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had a very welcoming feel from the moment we stepped in. There were adequate supplies and we had everything we needed. The area was very peaceful and quiet and easy access to restaurants and activities. We also enjoyed all the natural beauty around us. Small things make big differences and Kelli did a great job providing all the details. We even had a place to store our bikes and did not have to take them with us everywhere we went. Also included were hammock chairs and nice, cozy lights on the back deck to enjoy during the evenings. We also received a note from the cleaning staff regarding an item they found while cleaning. Although it was not an item of value, the fact that they took the time to contact us met a lot and shows honesty and integrity, which is much appreciated. Thank you Kelli for providing a beautiful condo and please thank your staff for their honesty! We would definitely recommend your condo to family and friends.

My family of 4 enjoyed the home & surrounding area so very much! Three of us rode the trails: Back 40 just outside back door & Slaughter Pen a 15min drive to downtown Bentonville. While one of us walked the neighborhood trails & downtown Bentonville. The home was super clean, had all the necessary ammeneties for shower & cooking. Loved the baked goods waiting for us; especally after a long drive. The pickleball, basketball, pump track, & golf green right outside kept our teen sons plenty busy. We can't wait to make this an annual visit.

I was excited to find this gem online...and I must say, it exceeded our expectations in every way! It is MORE lovely in person and the owners and their family too (who we got to meet when they came to tend to nearby units) were as friendly and accommodating as could be...we even got a tour of the other units one day! :) Highly recommend...we will be staying here each visit to Bentonville. :)
