A dream house in a dream town!

What I liked the most was the location. The town is simply amazing, it´s small and cute but has everything needed and beyond: cable cars to the Zugspitze, supermarkets, pharmacy, indoor swimming pools and spa... plus super cute surroundings! Besides the town, the house is a dream to go with kids and/or friends: it´s big, cozy, clean and beautiful. It has 2 huge bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The only thing I missed (and because my kids are still too small and mess up more than desired) was a washing machine, but that´s probably something no one else would use during holidays... ;). Beds are really comfortable and it´s provided with everything needed to cook. Ah! And cot and high chair available for babies, too! I didn´t meet the hosts in person but they were super kind and reachable at all times via phone. It was extremely easy to get the keys and they were in line until we arrived, which in our case was pretty late given unexpected cirumstances on our side. We had an awesome welcome pack and food basics were also available. On top of all this, we got a guest card from them from which we got many discounts for activities in the area, from the town swimming pool/spa to lake parking lots. As aforementioned, they were super nice and supportive since the day we booked the house until the day we left! In a nutshell: very much recommended!!

Wifi didn´t work beyond the kitchen/main bathroom, plus washing machine not available (but this is definitely not a must but just a nice to have)

Prima, prettig en heerlijk verblijf gehad

Ruim appartement, alles is ruim aanwezig en het is heel schoon. De communicatie met de eigenaar ging snel en soepel. Niks was teveel gevraagd.

Het was echt goed geregeld. Als we iets zouden moeten noemen zijn het de matrassen die echt hard waren. Maar dat is maar wat je gewend bent. Balkon aan de voorzijde is prima maar verwacht geen mega ruimte. Balkon achterzijde staat helaas een grotendeels een schuurtje voor. Anders heb je een super leuk uitzicht op het park van Ehrwald.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub bei super netten Vermietern

Ruhige zentrale Lage, Gebäude mit Stil (ehemaliger Hof), alles gut durchdacht/praktisch: Schlüsseltresor, Garage in der man die Fahrräder abstellen kann, direkt im Eingangsbereich großer Flur mit Sitzbank und vielen Haken wo man seine Wanderschuhe, Jacken, Rucksäcke, Fahrradhelme etc. lagern kann. Gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche gut ausgestattet.

Für uns war es perfekt. Wir haben uns gefragt, wie es ist wenn die untere Wohnung an "Fremde" vermietet ist, da beide Wohnungen einen gemeinsamen Eingang haben, die obere aber keine eigene abschließbare Wohnungstür besitzt.

Ankommen und sich wie zu Hause fühlen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt fußläufig zum nächsten Bäcker, Schlachter, Restraurant. Trotz der relativ zentralen Lage liegt die Wohnung in einem ruhigen Bereich. Schon beim Frühstück hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Zugspitze. Die Wohung befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand und alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verläuft zügig, freundlich und ist darauf ausgerichtet, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Lage, relativ zentral, Skibus um die Ecke, Wettersteinbahnen und dortiger Skikindergarten zu Fuß erreichbar, trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Sehr subjektiv: Matratzen könnten einen Tick härter sein.
