Mediterranean house completely renovated located 500m (8mn walk) from the beach of Saint Cyr sur Mer.
It is in the center of a closed and quiet subdivision on a plot of 400m2.
It is adjacent to a parking and a green plot that allows children to play.
Very bright, the house is composed of a large living room of 50m2 with living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 2 of them double bedding and for the last, two single beds and a bathroom and toilet.
A deposit of 1000 euros will be required at the entrance of the place, it will not be cashed, but returned to the exit in case of no damage.

Excellent property with great amenities, great AC which can be controlled in each room. Very comfortable beds. As we were traveling from the US, we rented all the linen and towels for a very reasonable price. The check in and check out was very easy with the owners parents who were really kind. The back patio was a great place to have dinners and breakfast. I would rent this place again anytime.
