About this apartment rental

We welcome you in this charming apartment on the ground floor, with access to the coastal path nearby, quiet not overlooked and totally independent, with a large terrace / garden with stunning views over the bay of Lecques.

This apartment type T3 consists of a large living / dining room / kitchen with a sofa bed for a comfortable sleeping for two people.
The adjoining master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (160x200), storage space and access to a storeroom.
The veranda extending the living room allows you to enjoy a nice extra secure room night and day thanks to its windows that can open completely on the terrace.
The child room adjoining the veranda has two beds 90x180 (2lits bunk) and storage.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.

The large outdoor terrace, equipped with deckchairs, offers mood lighting to enjoy pleasant summer evenings.

nb: sheets, pillowcases, towels and household linen provided free of charge for rentals of more than 7 days (for short stays, they can be rented for a supplement of €10/person/stay)

This apartment is located just above the Port of Madrague....if you love walking, everything is in distance. Stunning coastal walks along the cliffs. Beautiful harbours. Beaches.. lovely restaurants and bars. The views from it are stunning and you can see for miles in all directions. It ticks all the boxes. Merci Michel.

We very much enjoyed our holiday in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, a big thank you to Michel! The apartment is very pretty and nicely decorated, the terrace super spacious with a fantastic view. We couldn't get enough just sitting there in the evenings watching the village lights from above. The beaches, the landscape and of course the village of Saint-Cyr are just beautiful. Another plus: A small supermarket (where one can get baguette in the morning) is in walking distance. Merci beaucoup!

The flat is super for four people. You need a car but shops are within reach. Super view on sea and hills. Very clean and tidy. Landlord super nice and uncomplicated!

What a great stay. Michel is a wonderful host and saw to all of our needs. The property is fantastic, the view superb and the town is lovely. We spent a lot of time on the deck with the incredible view. We really can't recommend this property highly enough, it was the highlight of our trip to France for accommodations. Nice studio with a big terrace with a great view over the sea and the city - which is especially beautiful in the evening. The sandy beaches are nearby and you can reach them by foot. Marseille and Toulon is not far away and both can be reached by train from St. Cyr sur Mer (45 min).

Bel appartement, décoré avec goût, une vue magnifique comme la photo, situé pas très loin de la mer (750 mètres), mais dans la colline donc vous pouvez vous y rendre a pied si vous êtes très sportifs (la remontée est très difficile) sinon prévoir budget parking pour la plage et la boulangerie. Nous avons été bien logés et tranquillité sonore assurée. Le propriétaire est très discret. Avons passé de Belles Vacances Merci.

Location qui correspond tout à fait aux photos avec une magnifique vue sur St Cyr. Très fonctionnel, bien équipé, propre, spacieux, très belle terrasse. Proche du sentier du Littoral, au calme. We hebben een week doorgebracht in dit mooie appartement. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. We zagen direct dat het huis is met veel liefde en zorg is ingericht. Vooral de relatie met de binnenruimte en het terras vonden wij heel fijn. Zo kan je de schuifdeuren helemaal open zetten waardoor je het terras als het ware vergroot. Het uitzicht vanuit hier is fantastisch. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad.

Très belle location parfaitement conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Cadre fonctionnel et agréable à la fois, surtout les espaces extérieurs et le salon qui donne sur les terrasses grâce à de belles baies vitrées. Et la vue est magnifique dans un quartier très calme, tout en étant idéalement situé pour des excursions et balades en voiture ou à pieds: enfin, notre hôte sait allier discrétion et efficacité, tout cela dans une ambiance très sympathique. Encore merci pour cette belle semaine.

Zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der seine Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet hat. Es fehlt an nichts ! Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die kurze Sonnenscheindauer auf der Terasse im Oktober und der während unseres Aufenthaltes starke Mistral. Dennoch, gerne wieder!

Eine sehr schöne eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, auf einem Berg liegend mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf's Meer, das Tal und die Bucht von St. Cyr sur Mer. Eine grosse Holzterrasse mit Liegestühlen lädt zum Chillen ein oder man kann gemütlich sein Essen bei tollen Sonnenuntergänge geniessen. In 2 Minuten ist man in dem kleinen Fischerdorf La Madrague, mit Strand und Kinderspielplatz. Ich kann diesen schönen Ort nur heiss weiterempfehlen.

nous avons passés un sejour tres agreable,c'est un endroit tres calme.La vue est magnifique,de plus que la terrasse est tres agreable par son sol en teck avec ses eclairages d'ambiance,et il n'y a aucun vis a vis,c'est un vrai plaisir.L'appart est correct et assez bien equipé.Nous avons apprecié egalement l'acceuil par le proprietaire,c'est une personne tres discrete.

Il manque à cette location un bon coup de ménage, un lave linge et surtout le minimum de produit ménager car lorsque nous sommes arrivés , il y avait des poils de chien partout , dommage sinon belle vue et appart agréable ...
