About this apartment rental

A spacious penthouse on the beach in Hollywood! 1000 square feet. Oceanfront, Ocean view.

Excellent condition. 1.5 bathrooms. Spacious bedroom with king size bed and walk-in closet,
Queen size Sofa bed in the living room.
Linens, towels and kitchenware provided.

Washer and dryer are in the unit.

Central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen. TV in every room.
Granite counters, tile floors. Free Wi-Fi internet in the unit and at the pool area. Spacious balcony on the ocean side. Beach access, Olympic size swimming pool, gym, hot tub, outdoor shower.

Publix is located across the street.
Walking distance to the boardwalk.

Just 15 min from Fort Lauderdale and 25 min from Miami airport.
Next to the Westin Diplomat Hotel and Spa.
Close to Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Racetrack and Casino, restaurants, shops.

We stayed at Lana’s condo for 30 days from Feb. 1 - Mar. 2, 2024. It is situated perfectly to catch the sunrise over the ocean every morning and hear the waves all day. While there were a few areas of the condo that were showing their age, we had a comfortable, relaxing stay. When we pointed out a few things that might need attention to Lana, she informed us of plans to make the necessary improvements once current construction of the condo building was completed. There was a lot of work being done on the building, but it was confined to work hours and we still had access to the pool. The condo is well equipped for all your needs. Comfortable bed, incredible shower, free BBQ’s. Lana did a wonderful job providing us with necessary information. She was very prompt with replies and very pleasant to communicate with. The location of the condo, while being steps from the ocean, is not very walkable to shops or restaurants. So a car is a necessity. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We spent 35 days in the apartment which is spacious, pleasant and with a wonderful ocean view. Lana is an extremely organized and attentive host and gave us all the necessary information in writing. So we do not even need to get in touch because we know exactly how to act since our arrival. You do not have to worry about having someone waiting for you to give you the key to the apartment, as well as leaving a lock box and leaving another key for the concierge. Lana also does not require check-in and check-out with hard hours being malleable on this item. I strongly recommend renting this apartment.
