GREAT OCEAN FRONT 1br-1 1/2 bath Condo For Rent (HOLLYWOOD BEACH)

I loved the place. The location was perfect; it faced the ocean, with private balcony. Owner provided everything, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, cable and linens for our month, even beach chairs. The apartment was meticulously clean with quality appliances. The owner was accommodating and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. She was always quick to return our call of any questions we might of had. The building has excellent security with concierge. The pool is very large for those of you how love doing laps, Plus heated. I highly recommend this apartment to all my friends and I plan on returning soon. Very relaxing a true Vacation.

We had a great March 2018 in Hollywood, FL! Ana and Fern were great, Fern met us on check in, gave us an orientation of the facility, condo and explained how the TV worked. Ana gave us a call a few days later to ask if everything was satisfactory. The unit has a SE view of the ocean and pool area which we enjoyed from our private balcony, the pool is very large with two separate areas. If you are hesitating about a 1bedroom, you will find this one very spacious! We were next door to the Diplomat Resort Hotel which has numerous restaurants and a great Ice Cream shop. The Hollywood Trolley picks up at the Diplomat; each ride is $1.00 and will take you to the Hollywood Boardwalk (which is nearby but a little too far to walk) and all over town. You are also quite close to Hallandale Beach and Ft Lauderdale. One night we went to the Casino at Dania Beach to watch some Jai-Alai; the Casino offers a free shuttle, pickup is at the Diplomat. The Aqua Bistro located in the Aquarius, just a few condos north, is a great little restaurant. The condo was very comfortable and clean, the bed linens and towels were lovely! The security and staff were professional and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend Ana’s condo.

Wir verbrachten 5 Wochen in Anas Apartment. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles, was man für einen Strandurlaub braucht, war vorhanden. Die Küche war perfekt eingerichtet, das Schlafzimmer mit Queensizebett war mit einer guten Matratze ausgestattet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war großartig. Liegebetten am Pool sind gratis, am Strand für 3$ zu mieten. Das war sehr angenehm, da man ja nicht jeden Tag am Strand ist. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen hoffentlich wieder. Ana ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe empfangen. We stayed 5 weeks in Ana`s condo. All what you need for a vacation at the beach is in the condo. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress. The view from the balcony was amazing. Ana is a friendly host, we had the possibility to call her anytime. She was there to bring us the keys for the condo and to show us the outside area. We liked our stay extremly and we hope to come back soon.

We had a great month, the condo was clean and well kept with an amazing view. The building is very well maintained. The owner met us there on arrival so no worries.
