An unusual stay in an old building but fully renovated to modern standards. I liked the indoor shutters and the layout of the place. If you are staying multiple days, there is cheap underground public parking nearby (just NOT at the Casa del Musica). The kitchen is well equipped and beds comfortable. We had a bit of confusion with the house number and the access code but all was resolved quickly in a professional manner.
Walking to downtown is possible if you are reasonably fit (2 km or so), and also to the other direction (Park Serralves and the riverside) doable. Public transportations seems also easily available from the nearby Casa del Musica)

It’s great overall. The apartment is clean and modern with lots of nice details. It’s very comfortable as well, and the electric fireplace adds to the charm.

Pillow selection and bed sheets.
The bathrooms lacked head space for a normal person (1,68m) stand over the sink. Had to be bent over all the time.
The shower only has the upper sprinkler and does have a mobile one.
The house had a couple os ants arround the house which left us with cloths and food with ants.
The kitchen lacked utensils. Even though it had knifes, they were regular ones not a cutting one. And there was no table towel.
