You will love this newly renovated 3BR/3BA condo in Seascape Resort. Beautiful water views and just a few steps to the beach access make this the perfect vacation spot.
Updated in fall 2021, main level features new kitchen, spacious living room/dining room with large screened in deck, and a guest bedroom with attached bath. Fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and dining bar. Second level has huge master bedroom with a wall of windows overlooking lake and golf course beyond, ensuite bath with comfort-height double sink vanity and full size walk-in shower. A third guest bedroom with queen bed and twin bed is also on this level with its own attached full bath.
Living area and all bedrooms feature new flat-screen HDTV's, cable TV and complimentary Wifi. Premium bedding and linens provided. Solid surface flooring throughout. Enjoy your piece of paradise in a luxurious setting, only steps to the beach and the pool (one of five on the property). Seascape Resort is a beachside resort offering a variety of activities. In addition to a dedicated 2000' beachfront, the resort features a championship 18 hole golf course and one of NW Florida's premier tennis facilities.
This condo is non-smoking, with no pets allowed. Minimum age for rental is 25. During the summer season (Memorial Day weekend ‘til mid-August) this condo rents on a weekly basis ONLY, Saturday to Saturday

Enjoyed our stay. Our host was very quick to respond anytime we had questions. The location was wonderful for shopping, beach, restaurants etc. You have a pool in your front yard and the beach is literally 3 minute walk. We will definitely look at booking again.

We loved staying in this villa in Seascape. The upgrades are beautiful and location is perfect. The beach is a quick walk across the street and there are so many shops and restaurants nearby we hardly used our car at all. Can’t wait to come back.

We had 2 families stay that included 3 kids and this was a perfect 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo for our vacation. This is one of the best condo's I've stayed in. Very clean, up to date, plenty of room, walking distance to the beach and pool, close to many restaurants. Steve was quick to return messages and had a welcome basket with wine when we arrived. Definitely recommend this condo and we will stay here again! Thank you Steve!
