one bathroom with bathtub, handy shower. The unit accommodates singles, couples, friends traveling together, (There is no dishwasher or oven range in the unit; however, it is equipped with a large toaster oven and an air fryer.
You can also enjoy building amenities such as swimming pool, ping pong, pool tables, pool side exercise room, BBQ. , 1 FREE reserved parking space. 24 hour security is there to help you rest easy.
Minimum stay nights: 30 nights
For stays exceeding 30 nights, the rate is $105 per night plus tax.

Property was very clean, from lobby, to elevator, hallways, pool, laundry room, amenities & game room, to condo. Location was amazing and close to everything. Staff were awesome! Stayed for a month and would definitely choose again!

Royal Kuhio is a very well maintained clean condo located right in the middle of Waikiki. Walking distance to many good shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and to the beach. The room was cozy but had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We also enjoyed the view of fireworks from the balcony every Fridays.

The place was very well equipped with all essential supplies. The first 3 weeks was amazing. Yes the noise from the streets below was a little much, but you’re right in the middle of Waikiki! The staff at the Royal Kuhio, just amazing, friendly, never once did we feel unsafe in the building. The last 2 weeks, could have been great too, but we all took our turn at being sick( unfortunately).
Would I recommend this place, absolutely 💯
