About this apartment rental
New 1 BR 1 BR condo with A/C, private parking, walk distance to landmarks like Hotel Rosita and Malecon (board walk), restaurants and the beach. Access to public transportation is a mere 2 blocks away. This condo was recently finished and despite being only a few blocks away from downtown enjoys the peace and quiet needed of a good night rest and be ready for another day full of activities. Fully equipped kitchen, HDTV and free WiFi is available.

The place had everything you need in the kitchen and overall it was agreat place to stay
The host was very good and always responded to my questions
As noted it is up a steep hill but uber worked well when we were too tired
The dog noise at night could be loud at times but other than that it was a great stay

My stay here was phenomenal! This was my first time solo traveling and being a woman i was a little apprehensive but eduardo and his brother Francisco quickly helped put my worries at ease. The home is efficiently protected with a gate and bars on windows. I had something scary happen and both Eduardo and Francisco helped keep an extra eye on me, checked on me the following morning and provided useful ways to resolve the issue. Also added benefit there is a waterfall literally right outside the home. Its amazing. So happy with this property and the people that run it. I definitely will be using them for my next visit.

I really enjoyed staying here. It’s up near the top of a steep street, so that takes a little bit to get used to. However, there’s a dedicated parking space, so it’s easy to park. The neighborhood is very quiet with occasional dogs barking and roosters crowing, but they weren’t anything to complain about. It was very peaceful and easy to get to whatever I wanted to do: Malecón, taco carts, shopping, beach, whatever.I would definitely stay here again.
