TRAILS END RANCH
The Main House is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom 3,400 sq. ft. home that sleeps 11. We've just added a portable crib and all the bedding for the lil ones. All of the bedrooms in the Main House are on the second floor. Our Guest House is a 1,000 sq. ft. home that sleeps up to 11 and we have added a Cabin to our list of houses which is a 700 sq. ft. home that sleeps 5....that is 27 total. We have also incorporated 3 RV hook-ups with water, electric and septic. We offer: Satellite TV, Wet bar, Pool table, Foosball table, Basketball half court, Outdoor Ping pong table, swing sets and a toddler playscape. Flat screen TV's, Fireplace, Enclosed Sun Room, Game room with Poker table and Bumper Pool table all with a truly exquisite western interior. Offers guests the ideal spot for a vacation, corporate getaways, or reunions. The kitchen offers fully stocked dishes, cooking utensils, small appliances, and a commercial range. Breathtaking views, stargazing, abundant wildlife, diverse nature and lots of room for outdoor activities. Shooting a game of pool in the Billiard Room, playing Foosball in the Sun Room, Poker or Bumper Pool in the game room or outside playing in the 21' x 41' Above Ground Pool (Seasonal) or a game of Basketball on our half court, Tether Ball, Volleyball, Soccer and Catch & Release Fishing and Paddle Boating and Kayaking or Hydro-cycling on the Lake at Trails End Ranch. We can even set up a skeet shooting area (shotguns only). Enjoy sitting around the Fire Pits, one at the main house and one on the island. Roast Hot Dogs and Marshmallows, Tossing a game of Washers. Playground for the kiddo's and Disk Golf cages.

**ALL WATER ACTIVITIES ON THE POND ARE SUSPENDED AT THIS TIME **INCLUDING CATCH AND RELEASE FISHING**DUE TO LACK OF WATER FROM THE DROUGHT.

The pool as of now is still available until the season prohibits its use due to cold weather.

We provide (2) 6 person Golf Cart for your use. We just included a 12 seat Shuttle Cart also for your use. (Drivers must be 18 yrs or older).

Enjoy the peace and tranquility of a beautiful country setting. The property is game fenced and secured with a large entry gate and additional outer gates around the property. This property is on a 100 acre ranch with the owners home at the other side of the property. Always someone around for added security. Centrally located it’s just a short trip into Bastrop, Lockhart, Smithville offering yummy BBQ, Colorado River activities, historical buildings and sites, shopping, fine dining and parks. Trails End Ranch is fully game fenced with a gated entrance.

*GUEST HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE PROPERTY - NO OTHER GUEST WILL BE AT THE PROPERTY DURING YOUR RESERVATION DATES!!

*We are very diligent with cleaning and disinfecting the homes. We use a concentrated disinfectant that states that it is for use against viruses. We wash all our laundry in Hot water with bleach added. We also wipe down all highly touch areas with the disinfectant. We also have blocked out a minimum of 3 days between guest stays.

*** Bastrop County Hotel Occupancy Tax of 7% only on the actual rent amount, cleaning fee , event fees (not on additional taxes, property coverage or VRBO guest fees) will be billed by Property Owner. You will receive a separate payment request that will be due and payable with your final VRBO payment. VRBO does not bill this tax, they only bill State Occupancy Taxes.

30 minutes to Austin and 15 min Cota F1, Circuits of the Americas Race Track. Rent by day or week.

*Trails End Ranch has added much more to the Ranch as a whole....we have an additional Guest House This Guest House has 4 queen size beds and 3 Twin size rollaway beds.
*Small Cabin that has living and kitchen area. 1 1/2 bedrooms. 1 Queen size bed in the bedroom, 1 twin size bed in 1/2 bedroom and 1 queen size sofa bed in the living area. 1 Full size bathroom.
*We have also added a few RV Hook-ups. Also, a large BBQ Pit for cooking meals.
All of this is on the adjoining property at Trails End Ranch Enterprises.

All rates listed are for residential use only-
Rental rates are as follows: $395.00 per night per first (8 Guests) $50.00 per night for all additional guest over the first 8 guest. Five years old and under...….Free!
RV Hook-ups are $50.00 per night per space & covers 2 additional guest.
