Location and free parking was the only good thing about the location..

I was very excited when it looked like I was getting and upgrade from the original condo I booked. I was looking for a small 1 bedroom apartment for me and my friend to lock ourselves in and relax while spend time together. She could barely stay in the place cause she constantly felt dirty. Let’s start with the cleanliness, I felt like I constantly had needed to take a shower to stay clean. The place looked like it hadn’t been really cleaned in years. The kitchen sink looked and smelled like someone had vomited in it and was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly. Which made the kitchen impossible to use cause the smell. The bathrooms had so much dirt and mold built up around the bath tubs. All the bed sheets were stained. All the furniture was falling apart, it felt like the chairs would collapse when we sat in them. The cabinets were beat up and scratched.

location in Downtown Austin was great

I wasn’t aware it was on the top floor beforehand. No elevator. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs. It was very dark, terrible lighting. Pictures looked bright which was not a true representation of the apartment. It was dusty. Had a musty smell. The water was temporarily turned off when we arrived. The toilet in the king bedroom was extremely loud when you flushed it. There was no hand soap, kitchen towels or extra trash bags. Had to purchase it myself. We found bags of trash on the balcony. For having to pay such an extremely high cleaning fee this was very disappointing. Will not recommend or stay here again.
