Loved the peaceful and serene location, it was a wonderful place to unwind and Shion was so friendly and helpful.
I think it would have been helpful to know just how rough the track up to the property was - we probably would have come in a different car! Also, the lack of a freezer was a shame in the heatwave to not have ice, and it would have been useful to have a microwave.

Great size rooms , lovely hosts , well positioned for seeing that part of west Wales.
This could be one of the best stays we have had on B.com. Just little details let it down. Needed a better clean. The kitchen was a great size and had everything you needed, but it had a nasty smell, but with the window wide open it was much better. The shower was great, but it had to be balanced with the water pressure, or else the shower head would fall. I can't put down did the property meet my expectations because I believe that they would be better off increasing the price by £30 - £40 a night ( because it would be worth it ) if these small matters were resolved .

OMG where do I start..firstly shion and bear the hosts we're absolutely amazing , nothing was to much trouble .On arrival a lovely bottle of wine and a box of waffles awaited us .the property was absolutely spotless .books and games galore in the cottage
The garden is superb complete with a little table and chairs with double doors leading onto the garden .really big log burner to which the hosts brought 2 large boxes of logs for us to use. The shower is super powerful and really hot .Big bedroom with kingsize bed with plenty of storage ..you can park right outside the cottage .there is absolutely no noise at all apart from the sheep and birds and at night it is super dark which is great for star watching ....
There was nothing not to like

Cobwebs and spiders all over cottage the only room without any was the bedroom and it could do with a good clean all over to be honest..

It’s large, clean. Generally well kept. Host is great.
The dirt road get up to the property.

The way it looked, the wild garden and the wildlife.
The shower was powerful and stayed warm.
The decor was light, airy and spiritual.
The property felt secluded and was surrounded by beautiful flowers.
Sofas were comfortable.
No internet access, even with the codes, it’s nice to be unplugged!
The hosts were polite, accommodating, helpful and left us to our own devices.
The road/driveway leading to the property was not well maintained, leading to scraping the bottom of the car or needing to drive unsafely up a verge.
There was mould on the shower curtain and the bedroom blinds.
The kitchen wasn’t quite clean enough, in particular, the cutlery draw and cupboards were dirty. There were also a few dead insects on the counter top when we arrived and the stove top cafeteria was full of mould, so we avoided using it.
There is a hole in the bottom of French doors, big enough for rodents to enter, luckily only slugs came in whilst we were there.
Although the advert for the property mentioned beaches, flat screen tvs and a full equipped kitchen, the beach needed to be driven to, we couldn’t find a TV anywhere in the property and there where a few things missing from the kitchen, like a microwave, scissors and a sharp veg knife.

Shion and bear were very welcoming. The barn was very spacious and had a lovely feel to it, tranquil and relaxing! The garden was secure for the dog to have a sniff round and the sound of the birds singing was beautiful!.
The road up to the barn was a bit rough so had to be careful not to scrape underneath the car.

The location was very peaceful. The garden was lovely, and the welcome was good
A small thing - The fan was rather noisy in the bathroom and took a while to stop.

Fantastic host, so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful and tranquil location - we sat in the garden and watched woodpeckers and squirrels while our dog enjoyed the freedom and safety of the garden.
The accommodation was so tidy and homely. Cleanliness was exceptional.
Perfect location if you're looking for a peaceful break.
Absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

The Glandwr Barn was in a lovely location. Rural, tranquil and very beautiful. The owners Shion and Bear, were very lovely and made us feel very welcome. The Barn was a lot bigger than we expecting, very comfortable and homely.
Although there is no TV, we found that this didn't matter at all. We read and listened to music and enjoyed the lovely scenery.

Beautiful place with an amazing host, left us to it but was always there if needed! Bit awkward to find, sat nav got us to the approximate location and a quick phonecall to the host and we were there.
Lovely barn conversion with an amazing garden and total tranquility, perfect for the dog! He loved the enclosed garden! All facilities available and everything you will need for your stay.
Short drive to new quay, aberporth etc.

It's a fabulous choice for a quiet getaway. The fire was amazing as was the size of the living area. We had atrocious weather, but the fire made it feel very cosy. Great to have an enclosed private garden so our dog could go out unattended. Comfortable bed, fairly soft. Good to have the option of a bath. Very high quality crockery and general decor. Hosts always available and helpful.
Facilities were good, although a proper sharp knife would have been handy. A couple of things needed a wash before use but no big deal.

Very peaceful and ideal enclosed garden for the dog. Great place to get away, no TV, no distractions, very relaxing. The cottage was also very spacious, warm and thoughtfully decorated.
Towels could have been better quality but Ok.
Someone left dirty tea towels in the kitchen but a minor nuisance.
