This house was the perfect size for our needs. It’s hidden away, making it very quiet and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the local restaurants are just a short walk away. We look forward to staying here again!

Great quiet location a 5 min walk to Sea St beach. House is cute and was a perfect size for my boyfriend and I, and close proximity to where the rest of his family stays. Only minor complaint would be a request for window coverings in the main living space back windows and curtains within the bedrooms. The rear wall of windows are bare in the main space, and it does get a bit bright in the bedrooms on sunny mornings.

We were quite disappointed that this cottage was not as pictured, and a number of windows had no curtain or blind on them, making us very uncomfortable, especially at night. The realtor was quick to call us back and offered what she could to make the cottage look more pleasant. She was able to get pull-down shades for the windows and was so nice to put them up. The cottage is not on a main road and when it rained, the little dirt road got nearly impassable. We did like the short walk to the beach
