About this house rental
Ideally located, our villa, on one level, without vis-à-vis, and completely renovated in 2019, allows you to relax in peace while being close to the port (500m) and the beach (350m). The superb thalassotherapy center Le Richelieu is 350 m from the house for those who want to do some care during their stay.
A closed courtyard allows to park 2 vehicles in the enclosure and your bicycles.
The outdoor living space is at the back of the house with a wooden deck. You can relax by the south-facing swimming pool, which is heated from April holidays to All Saints' Day, depending on the weather.
On the side of the house, a plancha is at your disposal.
Our villa includes a large living room, with its open kitchen, dining room, lounge with TV, and 2 sofas. We have installed a relaxation area under the veranda where meridian and small round table will allow you to relax, read, draw ... Our dining room table is 2.5 m and can easily accommodate 10/12 people. You will also be able to use the portable bluetooth speaker that we put at your disposal.
The sleeping area, well isolated from the main living space, can accommodate 6 adults, 3 children and 1 baby. It has 4 bedrooms, a toilet, a shower room and a bathroom / shower. The bathtub can be very useful when you have children. On the practical side, a second toilet is located in the day space of the house at the entrance.

- Bedroom 1: double bed of 160 by 200 with shower room that can also open on the corridor, cot with comfort mattress installed if necessary, 2 nightstands, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack with hangers to hang your clothes, entrance courtyard view.
- Bedroom 2: double bed 160 x 200 with bathroom that can also open on the corridor, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a clothes rack with hangers to hang your clothes, a TV, pool view.
- Bedroom 3: bunk bed children 3 beds 90 by 190 (the sleeping height is from 6 years), a wardrobe with lockers and a wardrobe, view courtyard entrance.
- Bedroom 4: 160 x 200 bed, possibility to convert into 2 single beds separated from 80 by 200, 2 bedside tables, a dresser, a clothes rack with hangers to hang your clothes, pool view.
For those who love absolute black, in addition to shutters, we added blackout curtains in every room.
EQUIPMENT
Utensils, crockery, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, family coffee maker and nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, mini chopper, blender, blender, gas griddle, hair dryer, fridge / freezer , washing machine / dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner.

Not being there, Charlotte, who takes care of all the housekeeping, will welcome you and explain the operation of the appliances in the house.

Charlotte will welcome you at the villa between 16h and 20h, the departure will be before 10h.
Insurance: you must contract with your insurance company, a comprehensive insurance to protect you against all rental risks (breakage, water damage, fire for example)
Deposit: we ask you a security deposit of 2300 € upon validation of the reservation by check of deposit signed to the order of the lessor. We will return it to you at the latest 1 month after your departure.

Generally the stay was very enjoyable. We have stayed in La Flotte a number of times previously although further west of the village. There were a number of issues with the villa, the pool was not very warm, one of the lights did not work and the dishwasher also did not work. The toilets were not en-suite to the bedrooms, which seemed a strange design. We contacted the agent a number of times about the dishwasher. Whilst the agent always responded, it took a number of days before a technician attended to look at it. It required a replacement part which was not installed whilst we stayed at the villa, so we did not have the use of a dishwasher at any time during our stay. The cold pool was a disappointment, given the time of year. The location was great, close enough to the village but quiet and relaxing.
