About this house rental
Beautiful and spacious villa for rent on the western Costa del Sol. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (all en-suite), guest bathroom, beautiful garden with large pool, the villa offers a great view of the entire nearby coast and the surrounding mountains. The nearest sandy beach and numerous restaurants and beach bars are only a few kilometers away.
Our VILLA PRINCESA KRISTINA is located in a small complex of only 4 villas at the top of a hill. This means that the villa and most of the rooms offer a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, golf courses and of course the sea.
The villa is located on a completely enclosed property and offers parking for several cars, a large private garden and a private pool of approx. 10X5m with several sun loungers and shower.
The villa was built very spacious and airy, all rooms are very large and bright. On the ground floor there is the entrance area, a huge living-dining room with a fireplace and a view of the entire nearby coast, the fully equipped kitchen with a second dining area, an office with a guest toilet and at the other end of the hallway are the two lower bedrooms: each with own en-suite full bath and built-in closets. Kitchen and living room have direct access to the main terrace and thus to the garden and pool. On the terrace you will find comfortable lounge furniture and 2 dining tables.
Upstairs is the huge master bedroom with walk-in closet, full en-suite bathroom and two large terraces! The fourth bedroom also offers a large en-suite shower room and a terrace that overlooks the pool.
All rooms are air-conditioned (hot / cold), satellite TV and WIFI (extra charges) ensure good entertainment.
There is even a laundry room in the basement.
The villa offers plenty of sunlight from early to late! At any time of the day there is a room with direct sunlight.
The property is only about 1 km. from the nearest sandy beach (5 minutes by car). Numerous restaurants and beach bars in the vicinity, large shopping center with 2 supermarkets, medical center with emergency services and numerous restaurants in 1.2 km.
The nearest boat harbor with bars, restaurants and disco is only 2 km away. , Estepona is 10 km., Gibraltar 35 km. , Marbella 35 km. and Malaga 95 km. away.
