The view was absolutely amazing!
I felt uncomfortable on the steps, but I just took my time. I had a hip replacement and sometimes I feel unstable.

View above all! The place with the most extraordinary view I ever had in a rented house. The place was spacious and lighted, the kitchenware was pretty satisfactory. The bed in the gallery was very comfortable. Pierfrancesco was very helpful in advice and in renting his e-bikes which proved to be the highlight of our stay. We will certanly come back.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I think it should be replaced.

The view from the balcony, hence the location. The info regarding access to Castelmezzano.
The minimal staircase to access the mezzanine with the bed is not ideal; only a single plug on the side of the bed; the sofa had a broken arm and no cushions. Being February, only the restaurant from the single hotel in the village was open, so we used the kitchen facilities: we would have welcomed a second wine glass and mug (for breakfast) and in general few more bits in the kitchen (cloth tea towel to dry your hands, salad bowl, another frying pan, some items of cutlery,…) and hooks or shelves around the shower to put our toiletries.
