Living the Beach Life, a 4-bedroom beach house located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Featuring an expansive outdoor living space with private pool (heated for additional fee). Great location for your next beach getaway - just one block from the beach and Beach Access 44. Property can accommodate up to 12 guests. This property is pet friendly (for an additional fee).

DETAILS:
Featuring an open concept floor plan with granite counter tops throughout. The fully furnished kitchen boasts stainless appliances and includes an island that accommodates 3 bar stools, and the separate dining area includes a table for up to 8. Living area features a large sofa (queen sleeper), love seat, oversize chair, 75" flat screen TV and sliding doors that open onto the expansive private back yard and patio.
This 4-bedroom house includes a spacious master suite located on the opposite side of the house from the other three bedrooms. The master suite is its own private sanctuary with a king bed with a large window overlooking the private backyard, recessed ceiling, ceiling fan, 55" flat screen TV, private bathroom with two sinks, oversize walk-in shower, separate lavatory room, and huge walk-in closet. The private laundry room is located next to the master suite and features new, full-size washer and dryer.
The other three bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, ceiling fan and a 39" flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 features a full/twin bunk with a full bed on the bottom, ceiling fan and 39" flat screen TV. Bedroom 4 is perfect for the kids and features 2 sets of bunks, ceiling fan and accommodates 4. Bathroom number two features a deep soaking tub with a shower and vanity with a granite countertop. High quality bed linens, plush towels and amenities are provided throughout this property.
A two-car garage in addition to large driveway will accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Boat or trailer parking is welcome on site. The garage is also perfect to store your kayaks, paddle boards and beach equipment. Also you will find a ping pong/air hockey table located in the garage.
The private, oversize back yard is completely fenced in and is perfect to relax in the newly completed private pool (heated for additional fee). Outdoor area also includes a large patio with flat screen TV, gas grill, dining table with 6 chairs and several lounge chairs and a perfect location to enjoy a game of cornhole or other yard games. The location is in the heart of Panama City Beach. Easily accessible from Front Beach Road or Hutchison Blvd (Middle Beach Road) so traffic will never be a concern. Pier Park is less than a 5-minute drive. Shopping is close by with Publix and Walmart less than 2.5 miles. The best restaurants in Panama City Beach are located near the property and include Harpoon Harry's, Runaway Island, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Firefly and Nick's Slice of Brooklyn. Attractions close by include the Shipwreck Island Water Park, Sky Wheel, Rock-it Lanes, Just Jump, Go Carts and Putt-Putt Golf.

The property is very clean and spacious, nice to have a clean pool to swim in when unable to go to the beach. The stores, restaurants and beach were all within quick walking distance.

We enjoyed this beautiful home with extended family. This house accommodated all of us and the pool was great for the kids!

The pool was a huge seller to us when we was searching for our family 2025 vacation. Getting out of the normal resort and condo stays was a huge game changer to us no elevator waits overall it was delightful. However I wish the living furniture was more accommodating and provided more seats. Kids loved the bunk beds but the parents the beds were so so. If your looking for a rainy day in don’t they don’t provide any streaming services and most don’t allow you to login away from home. Internet was slow and the world we live in all devices require internet. We did cook and grill a lot the kitchen was super nice.

The home needs to be updated and the mattresses were not comfortable, we woke up both mornings with sore backs.
