they didn’t have towels available even knowing there were people coming and they first sent me to a room with problem at the toilet even having good room available

after arrival to the hotel we were informed they do not have available a room which we booked, so we were offered a different room for higher price (which we agreed because it was late), but that is still under investigation from booking.com, as well the room was not really clean, shower directly over toilet because of bathroom size
