I was there for 8 days and everything was perfect. The Location was great. Clean apartment with all things you need in your trip such as shower, kitchen, even washing machine. It's close the main street with different kind of restaurants and cafes and walking distance to beautiful touristic areas.
The stairs was a pain which we knew about them before we booked the place because i read the reviews but not a show stopper.

Location was great, communication was excellent, Ana really went the extra mile to help us out.
The shower was an experience - leaking pipes and erratic temperature.

Ana was responding immediately on every message and answered with a lot of useful information. Although we never met, she was always there for us. The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Everything we needed was around us.
Soundproofing is not historical Lisbon's strong point. But thankfully, we were all quiet.
