The complete remodel includes new flooring, expanded windows to add light, updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Coffee maker is a Keurig. The bathrooms have been completely updated with cabinetry, tile and granite. The furnishings are top quality and add to the ambiance and charm. Sleeping 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, large TV and ample closet space. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The mattresses and linens were selected with the highest caliber quality materials and will enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. Both upstairs bedrooms share a balcony that looks out over the spacious enclosed back yard. The lush backyard will be newly landscaped with table, fire pit and BBQ. Driveway offers covered parking for 2 vehicles and ample parking for 4 cars.
The dining area has bench seating on one side with chairs on the other for 4 people. The living room has a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, and a large flat screen smart TV with premium channels and Netflix. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare the finest meals for the pickiest gourmet chefs. The separate laundry room is also well stocked with all the beach equipment needed for your short stroll to the beach.
This home was almost a total rebuilt and newly decorated throughout. Enjoy the excellent decorator touches and warmth of this cottage home. Stay a month or longer and you will want to return every year! Laguna Beach offers a variety of activities for your expanded stay. Bluebird Canyon was a fantastic choice of homes in Laguna Beach! It was darling with full on beach cottage theme, spotless, had a nice little backyard and had everything you would need in a kitchen. It’s just blocks from the beach, so putting your feet in the sand on your 1 mile walk to downtown was a daily thing! Only thing I can even think of (that really wasn’t a problem), is the window coverings throughout are slightly thin and sparse, so some may need a block out mask, but waking to sunshine is not so bad! Thank you hostess, Carla, the place was a winner! Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Bluebird was the perfect place to stay. The house was in great shape. We cooked and enjoyed the outdoor patio. The location cant be beat. Easy walk to the beach and town. We barely needed our car, but the covered driveway parking space was an amazing bonus. Hard to leave. We loved every minute. Paradise!!!
