The Ayguades district is located 5 kilometres from the marina, and is easy to get to by taking the flat, safe cycle path that runs alongside the Massif de la Clape.
The Ayguades district is unique in that it lies between the sea and the Massif de la Clape, and boasts two lakes, making it an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Un endroit exceptionel avec vue impressionante.
Quand il fait plus de 25°, il est très chaud...
Nous aurions aimé des chaises plus comfortables.

l'appartement est idéalement placé,plage et mer direct, superbe vue depuis l'appart, résidence calme et piscine agréable, je trouve cependant que l'appart mériterait un petit coup de jeune,rien de bien compliqué mais déja un transat sur la terrasse serait le bien venu ainsi qu'un petit raffraichissement intérieur.

Appartement qu’on loue pour la vue imprenable sur la mer.
Bonne surface habitable pour une location de vacances.
Location un peu vieillissante mais literie confortable.
Peu de pression d’eau au niveau de la douche.
Réfrigérateur/congélateur grand modèle apprécié.
Il fait chaud la nuit mais c’est la mezzanine mansardée qui veut ça.
La plage à pied sans traverser la moindre route c’est un luxe.
Résidence calme.
Piscine agréable.
On s’y sent bien avec des enfants
