Villa T2 mezzanine for 5-6 people, facing east. East facing, living area 38 m² + small garden, approx. 600 m from the beach.
Ground floor: veranda with living room, microwave, washing machine.
Kitchen opening onto living room with 2 hotplates, fridge-freezer, washing machine, sofa, TV.
Bedroom with double bed (140cm).
Shower room with shower and washbasin.
Separate WC.
Mezzanine with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 bunk beds (90cm).
Private car park.
Pets not allowed.

Residence with swimming pool made up of semi-detached houses, local shops. Weekly market in Gruissan on Thursdays (July and August).
The Ayguades district is located 5 kilometres from the marina, and is easy to get to by taking the flat, safe cycle path that runs alongside the Massif de la Clape.
The Ayguades district is unique in that it lies between the sea and the Massif de la Clape, and boasts two lakes, making it an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Here you'll find campsites, holiday homes, rental agencies and holiday villages all set in lush greenery.

Location proche de la mer et des petits commerces, au calme, exposée au soleil le matin.

Appartement rendu plus propre qu à notre arrivée. Rainures des portes coulissantes de la baie vitrée très sales donc bien difficile d ouvrir à chaque fois. Signalé le premier jour à l agence et Aspirateur fait de notre côté pour aider à l ouverture.
Les clés de la logia n ont pas été fournis à notre arrivée donc, balai et barbecue non dispo jusqu a notre retour en Agence 2 jours après.
Sinon bonne situation géographique.
